Welcome to Rexx Prospect Plus. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Service Provided

Rexx Prospect Plus provides appointment setting and lead generation services exclusively for roofing contractors. We schedule inspection appointments and share lead information. We do not guarantee job sales, revenue, or contract signings.

Payment Models

Option 1 — Prepaid Appointment Packages

Clients may purchase appointment bundles in advance. All payments are non-refundable once service begins.

Option 2 — Trusted Partnership

Clients pay:

  • A fixed price per set appointment

  • Plus a commission percentage from finalized contracts generated from our leads

Commission becomes due upon project approval or payment received from the customer.

No Guarantee Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales volume

  • Closing ratios

  • Project approval

  • Job size or value

All services are sold strictly “as-is”.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

CRM Access

Where required:

  • Access is limited strictly to company-generated leads

  • We update appointment times, inspections, and notes

  • We do not access customer financial or internal business data

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Follow up promptly

  • Handle customers professionally

  • Not misuse or resell leads

  • Maintain accurate reporting

Fraud Prevention

The following actions will result in termination of services:

  • Avoiding commission payments

  • Denying closed deals

  • Data manipulation

  • Sharing access credentials

No refunds will be issued if terminated for cause.

Limitation of Liability

Rexx Prospect Plus is not responsible for:

  • Missed appointments

  • Lost sales

  • Revenue projections

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if violations occur.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be modified anytime. Continued usage implies acceptance.
